Vulture is a playable bird in Feather Family. It received a remodel on July 30th, 2021.
Appearance
Chick
The chick is a small plump bird with relatively large wings for a hatchling. It has a gray featherless head with white eyes and a yellow beak with gray on the upper portion. Its body, wings, tail and thighs are all white while its belly is gray. It has pale feet.
Adult
The adult is a somewhat large bird with long wings. It has a featherless pale head with white eyes and a primarily gray beak that has yellow on the upper portion. It has a ring of white feathers around its neck. Its body is medium brown with a white underbelly. Its coverts and upper tail are the same color as its body while the rest of its wings and its lower tail are a natural black. Its feet are gray with sharp black talons.

Trivia
General
- Apart from their heads and necks, the adults of both Griffon and Condor Vulture are nearly identical.
Griffon-Based
- Vulture was added alongside the first Owl remodel.
- Vulture’s head was recolored in the Condor and Harpy Eagle update to be pale pink instead of bright pink.
- Argentavis' call is very similar to that of Vulture, likely due to them being biological relatives.
- Despite the beak having two different parts of different colors, these are not colorable individually.

The chick is a small plump bird with relatively large wings for a hatchling. It has a dull pink featherless head with brown eyes, a small crest and a yellowish-brown beak. Its body, wings, tail and thighs are all white while its belly is gray. It has dull pink feet.
Adult
The adult is a somewhat large bird with long wings. It has a featherless faded pink head with orange eyes and a beak with a very dark pink near the face and a light tint of yellow on the end. It has a tuft of white feathers on the back of its neck. Its body is black. Its coverts and tail are the same color as its body while the rest of its wing feathers are a natural black. Its feet are gray with sharp black talons.
The female’s head simply has a throat flap while the male’s head has a large crest on top of its head of the same color as the front of the beak. The male’s head is also slightly more saturated. These are the only gender differences appearance-wise.
